The 26-year-old actress has opened up about her fairy-based belief system and her devotion to leprechauns in Esquire Magazine.
In the interview Megan encourages fans and movie-goers to find their faith in leprechauns.
"We should all believe in leprechauns," the star said. "I'm a believer. I believe in all of this stuff. I like believing."
Megan also believes in aliens, fairies, Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster. But before we write her off entirely, Megan clarified she didn't believe in a 'Lucky Charms'-style leprechaun.
She knows there is no little man waiting at the foot of a rainbow with a pot of gold -- that would just be stupid. Instead, she favours a more old style leprechaun.
"I believe that this stuff came from somewhere other than people's imaginations. You and I are humans; this is not all of it. This cannot be, because we are so disappointing.
"I believe in aliens. I am childlike in my spirit, and I want to believe in fairy tales. Loch Ness Monster -- there's something in it. They are my celebrities."
Megan also said she would rather get to know Bigfoot than go to the cinema.
"Would you not be so much more interested in finding out Bigfoot existed than in watching a really good movie?"
She is also familiar with speaking in tongues. "The energy is so intense in the room. I have seen magical, crazy things happen. I've seen people be healed."
