Halle calls a truce after ex's fist fight with her new man Martinez

LAWYERS for Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend have settled court issues that arose after a Thanksgiving Day fight at the actress's home.

The fisticuffs involved Berry's ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry and her fiance, actor Olivier Martinez.

Martinez executed a citizen's arrest when the police arrived, but Aubry was eventually released on bail.

Aubry, who suffered a black eye, a broken rib and other injuries, obtained a temporary restraining order against Martinez.

The model and Berry have been battling over custody of their four-year-old daughter for months and have appeared twice in a family law court since the fight.

The settlement was announced by Berry's attorney Blair Berk outside the courtroom.
