Car crash trial judge tells Lohan: You're facing jail
ACTRESS Lindsay Lohan has been warned she faces going to prison after appearing in a Los Angeles court on car crash charges.
The actress was required to attend the pre-trial hearing after a car crash last summer.
Lohan has denied lying to police, reckless driving and obstructing officers from performing their duties.
Judge Stephanie Sautner previously sent her to jail, placed her under house arrest and forced her to perform morgue clean-up duty.
She has warned Lohan that she could face jail for a possible probation violation, even if she is acquitted after her sports car crashed into a rubbish truck. Lohan's new trial date is March 18.
While it was far from a good day for Lindsay, her father Michael Lohan had time to celebrate.
Michael became a dad again for the fifth time yesterday after his fiancee Kate Major gave birth to their son Landon in Florida.
