TV slot has made me more conscious of what I wear, reveals Emily
Presenter Emily O'Donnell has revealed she's changed up her style now that's presenting her own show on Irish TV.
Emily previously presented shows on Fashion One - a 24/7 fashion channel - and now she's fronting Wicklow County Matters for Irish TV.
The show involves her travelling around Wicklow to different events and sharing stories from local people.
"It's such a fun show to make, I get to meet so many different people and go to lots of wonderful events," Emily told the Diary.
"The channel is really popular in America so it's brilliant exposure.
"Just last week I was wearing an Aran sweater on the show and an American lady was tweeting me asking where I got it.
"Before I would have worn high-street clothes but now I'm trying to wear Irish designs," she added.
The Leopardstown native also co-produces the show, which airs Sundays at 7pm.
"I produce it with Paul Harney and it's brilliant experience," she said.
