'I'm not ready to be a TV presenter' - stylist Holly White
Stylist Holly White is a regular on Xpose but says she isn't ready to move in front of the camera full-time.
TV3's flagship entertainment show is rumoured to be on the look out for fresh faces but Holly, who is model boss Andrea Roche's sister-in-law, says she's in no hurry to front the magazine-style show.
"I love my current role because it marries my love of styling and camera work," she told the Diary.
"The presenters are great but they are so busy in there that I'm not sure I'd be able for it just yet."
When it comes to her dream client, Holly (32) says she'd love to dress MTV star and Bray native Laura Whitmore.
"I'm doing a style story on her and I have to say it's impossible to find a bad picture of her so I'd love to dress her," she said. "And Roz Purcell could look good in her trainers and a parka."
The former Dan and Becs star previously lived in LA but says she decided not to pursue a career in acting a few years ago.
"That show was kind of magical in that it luckily came together for us and people liked it," she said.
"I did get a few auditions after that but when it came to learning loads of lines, I realised it wasn't for me. It has to come naturally to you and I think what I'm doing now is the right path for me," she added.
To commemorate the first anniversary of Robin Williams' death, Happenings Open-Air Cinema will be screening Mrs Doubtfire in Merrion Square tonight.
The 1993 comedy classic is Williams at his best and what better way to remember the star than enjoying the movie with pals.
As ever food will be supplied by the Irish Village Markets.
Tickets are €5 and the movie will start at 7.30pm.
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
It might be a bit early to be thinking of bonfires and dressing up but if you're making plans for Halloween, the Original Rude Boys will be having a party.
The boys, who are currently working on their third album, will be launching their new single with a gig at Hangar on Andrew's Lane.
The event is for fans aged 18 and over and tickets at €20 including booking fee go on sale tomorrow at 9am.
