British navy under fire after 2 nuclear subs crash

Answers are being demanded from the British navy after two nuclear submarines crashed in the Atlantic.
HMS Vanguard and a French submarine collided earlier this month.
It is believed they were both carrying nuclear warheads.
UK opposition parties are demanding to know how the accident was possible.
Submarine expert Doctor John Large says there could have been a catastrophe.
