Two people are being questioned after gardai seized 480,000 euro worth of cannabis.
Officers made the drugs haul while searching a house on Rosewood Grove in Lucan, west Dublin, on Friday night.
A man and woman, both aged 32, were arrested and taken to Ballyfermot and Lucan garda stations.
They can be held for up to seven days under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act.
The raid was carried out by officers from the Organised Crime Unit, Garda National Drug Unit and Ronanstown Drug Unit as part of an ongoing investigation into organised crime in west Dublin.
