Prisoner accused of drug dealing
A prisoner has appeared in court charged with dealing drugs from his cell.
Maximum security inmate Brian Rattigan was accused of being in possession of more than 13,000 euro of heroin and being in possession of two mobile phones.
The 29-year-old, from Cooley Road, Drimnagh, was remanded in custody ahead of a trial at the Circuit Criminal Court later this year. He could face a minimum of 10 years in jail if found guilty.
